A little too expensive and I have yet to receive my taxes that I filed on Feb this year. But professional and polite, yes...
I went In to file a Very Simple tax return. This was my first one ever and wanted it done right. I asked how much it was going to cost me and was told that would be decided afterwards. 30 minutes later I was told that the fee was 220 dollars and I'd be getting a 190 dollar return. H&R Block wanted to charge me 80 dollars. Liberty tax is great if your rich. I However am not and need every dollar.
Horrible and rude service
I am a returning client to liberty they always do an amazing job very professional and helpful. Tammy explained everything to me. I will definitely be returning and sending my friends to Liberty Tax
If you want to hand out flyers hand them out to people personally, if they would like to take them. Do not put them on people's property such as their cars.
