When I filed last year everything was smooth. This year I tried to receive info about what I filed last year and Diocelina Barreda refused to give me my information and played dumb like she didn’t know what a 6 digit pin was. I called her today to see why I wasn’t getting emails about my refund , she wasn’t listening to what I was saying and was just saying. Yeah ok , yeah ok can I call u back and hung up! She also gave me different names in the office and over the phone
