Extremely Unprofessional Experience — Avoid Juan Jose I had the worst experience working with Juan Jose at Liberty Tax for my 2023 tax amendment. After initially agreeing to file my amendment, he went **completely MIA for three months — no emails, no phone calls, no updates.
