I’ve seen many reviews on this location online and someone even Recommended this place to go file taxes. Unfortunately, at the end I was told to go to another tax location to get taxes done after dropping off W2s and information Around April 8th. I had to go to the location to ask for an update after 4 days of not hearing from them. If filing taxes was not possible someone should have said something sooner.
