First off this branch doesn'tstand by their work and will not correct their mistakes. Maryann Made huge mistakes, IRS was on me for 1000s.. Called many times n she called me back told me to call IRS, I did n they said it was completely wrong. I then tried to get ahold of them for weeks with no success. Felt so let down by this branch. I was scared I would be in Trouble n owed 1000s. Thank goodness I accidentally called the Fort St office owned by someone else. She jumped into action n helped me. Saved me 1000s!!
