I had my taxes filed through Liberty Tax, Plains Rd for a few years. I discovered from reviewing my returns that there were errors made in a certain year that reduced my return by a very large amount. I had to refile my taxes through my CRA account. This is unfortunate and quite frustrating when you are paying for a service and you put your trust in them.
STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF! $452 charged for a "Zero file" tax return on my dormant corporation! I know corp tax returns are more expensive but,come on, for a zero file return you login in, look up last years filing and basically fill in zeros throughout 98% of the return. When I challenged Perry (owner) on the amount he said" well we charge $200 per hour here " like that was supposed to impress me? Fine, it took you 30 mins, charge me for the full hour but, don't exagerrate and make it seem like you took 2 h... read more
