Great experience with Liberty Tax! The team is friendly, detailed and very professional. Andrea Burns took the time to explain all my questions, and genuinely goes out of her way to help. I called in the morning and said it was urgent. I filed the taxes today on a simple, single no deductions tax return they agreed they can have it done and Finished in time for me to drop it in the mail. They did. I was happy they requested payment. I immediately paid by Zell I called confirm they received the money. they confirmed they did and said they would immediately email me the returns they didn’t. They went home office supposed to be open 9 AM the next day nobody’s here and didn’t have my tax returns ready for pick up... read more
