I went here after receiving a letter from the CA tax office about past due taxes from 3 years prior. Dora informed me that I owed CA $28 (CA : it costs you more money to pay someone to send out this letter than what I owed.) and ALSO that I could get a significant amount back on my Federal return by filing an Amendment. Wahoo!!! It feels nice to get money back you didn't know you were due! A shout-out to Andrea, the Owner too!!!
Great experience with Liberty Tax! The team is friendly, detailed and very professional. Andrea Burns took the time to explain all my questions, and genuinely goes out of her way to help. Customer service was great, I would trust any of the staff here if you are looking for somewhere to do you taxes.
