They Sent in 2022 tax year instead of 2023 without notifying me of their mistake. Only reason I knew is that I never received my CCB, that's when I spent hours on the phone with the CRA for them to tell me they received the 2022 again. Once contacted they told me they didn't know what happened.... the next day they finally admitted that they sent the wrong tax year and that they sent the correct one 2 months later when they realized!!. Head office never gets back to you.
If I could give it zero stars, I would. Poor customer service, very rude. Older man did our taxes wrong TWICE.
