This is the worst office out of all Liberty locations and we found out they were under investigation for fraud after they messed up our paperwork. Do not go here. The lady screwed up our paperwork, she put me down as the worker when the W-2 clearly says my husband's name then wouldn't change it and told us we are the same person and it doesn't matter. I previously posted a positive review of this bussiness. You have to be out of your mind to go do your tax at liberty. My state tax return has been printed since April 23rd. I am being bounced between Archer and Hillside. Totally unacceptable. I don't think they deserve one star. Never seen anything like it. Unprofessional.
