Not a great experience. There’s was some email issue that I was not notified about via phone, after the deadline had pass for taxes. called to follow up after a week of not hearing anything and after I had emailed and called and was advised to just email I didn’t not hear anything for two days and was essentially told it’s my fault even tho the moment I was on the phone and it was resent I received it then. Turbotax was having trouble with one of my forms and I dropped by the office without an appointment. A short time later, Lisa Pappas had completed and filed my return at the same cost. She was excellent and efficient. I plan to return in 2025.
