They make errors and cost more money…go somewhere else They will take up all your time with no care and leave you unsatisfied. Do not use liberty tax! Both locations in Sudbury are horrible. They take so long and are very unprofessional and unfriendly. They do not provide good customer service, they think they are doing us a favour. They are suppose to be “fast, accurate and friendly” which they are not. I had my taxes dropped off, it took 5 days to complete, with constant follow up.
