Guy name Richard, he is literally rude and harassing people. Have no experience have no manners have zero customer service. Bad experience I’ve ever had.

Been going to this place for years. But this tax time. The guy they had working there was clueless. Said I owed zero money. Told me I had a return. Just for the government to call me a week later saying I do owe money and its all wrong. If you're reading this and thinking about going there "RUN". You have lost a loyal customer. Do better. I would give zero stars if I could.
A truly horrible experience for the whole family. The classes are a scam. Stay away from these people
