Very unpleasant to deal with, she was the rudest person I have come across yet doing taxes, she did the minimum she could possibly do, she filled thing in without even asking me I asked her about claiming a family member by that time she already had the taxes done printing a cheque ummmm but you didn't do what your paid to do and that's correctly file my taxes, how do you know the anwsers to thing I have not yet provided you the details of?there is questions I had that was never answered.
