Very disorganized, have lost my file twice in two years and make me fill out all my information again. Used to be a great and reliable business but then it came under new ownership and has done a full 180. This time when I got my tax forms back they came along with another gentleman’s T4, including his personal information (address, full name, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, and everything else). Last year I used Liberty Tax, I was treated profesionally and was very happy with the service. So this year I went back. It was completely the opposite, very unprofessional, did not let me know that it was ready until i called. And there rates more than doubled. When I enquitred, they gave a variety of different answers. I would not recommend them. They were disrespectful, unprofesional and rude.
I left my tax return papers at Liberty Tax, Confederation Drive, Saskatoon, about two weeks back. When I called the office to find about my tax processing; I was informed that they do not have expertise to process foreign income. It may be noted here I have been doing my tax papers for almost 10 years. Now, I am given this story.
