For the price you pay to get your taxes done at liberty tax in confed mall, they should have checked to make sure things were done properly! So ticked off at how they do things there! I will definitely not be going back next year!!!

Very disorganized, have lost my file twice in two years and make me fill out all my information again. Used to be a great and reliable business but then it came under new ownership and has done a full 180. This time when I got my tax forms back they came along with another gentleman’s T4, including his personal information (address, full name, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, and everything else). Last year I used Liberty Tax, I was treated profesionally and was very happy with the service. So this year I went back. It was completely the opposite, very unprofessional, did not let me know that it was ready until i called. And there rates more than doubled. When I enquitred, they gave a variety of different answers. I would not recommend them. They were disrespectful, unprofesional and rude.
