The first time using them. Never again. I was told that my income tax would be filed later in the day that I picked it up (about 1 1/2 weeks ago). I signed into my CRA account yesterday and it had not been received. I started call Liberty in the morning and called 4 times in total. In the meantime, later in the day I got notification from CRA that they received my tax form. Someone finally called me much later in the day that it had been e-filed and made a lame excuse for the delay. NEVER AGAIN
