Very rude, irresponsible... there are lot of othere places you can go and get it done for the amount of fee charged with good customer service.
I too am a repeat customer. I moved to North Carolina and still use Minh. She made sure I received the maximum return, and then set me up to have auto withdrawals throughout the year to keep me even! She is very competent, and keeps up to date on all the changes from year to year! Five stars plus!
