I usually go to another Liberty tax on Valencia and have always had amazing service there but decided to go here as it was closer to my work. The gentleman doing my taxes seemed confused and overwhelmed saying he was having software malfunctions. I chose to file my taxes at my usual location instead and they found multiple errors. Once corrected my return amount doubled ! Do not go here !
