This was my first year using Liberty Tax. Sam, the owner, was ready for us when we arrived on Tuesday for our appointment. We spent about 30 minutes going over our tax information. Sam told us he had all the information he needed and that we could pickup our completed taxes Thursday. We returned on Thursday to find our taxes completed and ready to.
