I cannot praise Ms. Victoria and Ms. Sheena enough! They were both as polite and helpful as can be, and I knew from the Juno I chose to right folks. The agent was pleasent and through. She made sure to go over the details. We were given copies in a folder to stay organized. Unfortunately she tell us her name so Im not sure who to give credit to. I think it read Falisha on a folder. Very pleased with our outcome.
