I’ve been using Liberty Taxes since 2018. I’m not sure why I didn’t leave a review sooner. The staff have been excellent, and getting my taxes done with them has been very smooth, easy and pretty stress free (which include my T4, childcare, RRSP contributions and some donations). Jarna has been my favourite as she is friendly, personable and efficient. Stephanie at the front desk knows how to chat you up if you’re willing. Very fast especially for someone who was just doing a walk-in appointment, very patient and clear spoken.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Jerry did both my return and my son's spent $500 only to be assessed by revenue Canada another $1400 , and my son $3000 for our 2023 return
