I started coming here in 2022 and have only worked with Zoraida. I did file somewhere else for 2024, but when I came back this year it felt just like my first visit in 2022, in the best way. Zoraida is absolutely fabulous! She’s friendly, personable, patient, very knowledgeable, and always explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She really makes the whole process comfortable, and I’m so glad I came back!
Alex & Zoraida did such an amazing job assisting me a my wife with all our questions and even things we didn’t know. We would definitely come back next time for anything Taxes related. Thank you!
Ziraida is propt,flexible and professional. She makes doing tax’s less difficult and stressful. When I messed my taxes up in a previous year, Ziraida was patient with us and walked us through calling the IRS and correcting our paperwork. I haven’t gone back to doing my own taxes, since she helped us.
Working with Alejandra Jimenez is the best. All is easy, fast, she has patience when needed. 5 stars.
