Front desk staff have to be trained, they don't know about customer service or satisfaction, they are rude,felt little racism, not gonna do any business with liberty, even like asking them a normal question about tax filing they answer's it rudely..

Liberty tax is professional and responsible for what they do. But, make sure make an appointment as it has different system than Arthur st. Otherwise you will wait at least 40 days to pick up your filing. I dropped my documents on 15th Feb and picked up 16th March cuz I dropped documents without appointment. They don't tell you this because it is your fault coming without appt. Other than that, Liberty tax is great.

The people who actually do the taxes are very competent and the taxes are always done well. I have been with them for many years. My issue is and always has been with the front desk "gate keepers". Talking to customers as if they are 12 years old and over explaining things when it is not necessary, just to show how much you know and how stupid we are, is belittling to customers. Especially to the elderly. They need a bit of training when it comes to how to talk to customers. I was very upset by how they talked to my mother t... read more
