I went today to have my taxes done by Shelley at Liberty Tax in Burlington. She is very personable, professional and friendly. I enjoyed meeting with her. She had done my 2024 taxes as well. From speaking with her today, i realized that I could have claimed a charge on my 2025 tax return and so I found the paperwork and Shelley sent in the correction free of charge! I would highly recommend her!
STAY AWAY FROM Shelley. She will tell you long stories (talking 10minutes no break) about topics you never asked about and she knows she is on the clock. She can also be very rude/insulting depending on the day. Example of one of many RUDE comments she blurted out: " i dont have time for this I have lots of work to do - pointing at folders behind her angrily".... like... im a paying customer??? how are those folders any more important than me? I was with her for years. I am now faced with having to pay a lot of money to fix ... read more
