I was given an appointment and then told the owner was on another appointment and they didn't understand why I was given the time I was. When presenting my information to a clerk, the clerk complained to me that she could not read the printout that that they had printed as if it was my fault. No preparation was done during the 2 days since I had sent in the files and there was no idea why I was there. We had a great experience here. It was our first time having our taxes done by Liberty. Brooklyn was very friendly, had our taxes done quickly, answered all of our questions and we left feeling great. We’ll be back again next year. (Gordon St location)
