Horrible experience, I would not recommend anyone to do business here. After being told prices range from $90-120, I was charged $200 with no explanation. They have no idea how to file taxes and did not report my capital gains correctly. As of right now I am trying to correct this as they reported an incorrect amount resulting in me owing over $10,000 dollars over what I should owe and not getting help. Paid over $100 for nothing but extra stress and work. Used this service in Trenton last year (2025) for 2024 taxes. Got a notice from the CRA two weeks ago that none of my taxes from 2024 were reported. I looked back at my file from Liberty and every T4 listed as unreported by the CRA was in there. How were they not reported? I paid for my taxes to be done by Liberty and somehow they never made it to the CRA? Also noticed my name was misspelled and address was completely wrong, despite both being on my ID and T4s at the time... read more
