This place is EMBARRASSINGLY bad. The lack of professionalism was shameful. They wanted to charge my ex husband and I $300 to file but was googling “what happens when a couple separates claiming childcare on taxes". Atrocious. Do not recommend at all.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Robin Irwin at the Simcoe Street south location and she was amazing. I've been having an issue with CRA and was hoping that it would just magically disappear but the reality was it wasn't going to, much to my dismay. Robin was super patient with me since tax stuff is way beyond my intellect and patience. With Robins guidance and expertise I'm actually beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel and the day will come when all this will be but a distant memory. Thanks for all you... read more
