We have been going to the King Street Liberty Tax for a few years now to get our taxes done and the service is always great -- efficient and reliable. Richard in particular goes above and beyond!
South Oshawa location are horrible keep me waiting for over an hour and still was working on the same return when I leave without getting my taxes done. extremely frustrating and slow uneducated workers expect a problem, there famous for that
I spent hours of my time sitting and waiting for them to correct simple mistakes they made on my return. They lie about how much you get back and take longer than if I just did it myself . I'm calling the better business bureau
Total ripoff. After screwing up my taxes I end up spending 3.5 hours of my Sat coming back in to do years they had forgot to do. Of course I had to pay again at full price $184. They said that I'd have the return in 6-8 weeks. Now it's 9 weeks and cra has no record of the return. So much easier to drop it off with a real professional or do it yourself.
