Timikia Caldwell was absolutely amazing, she took her time to go through everything with me and to help get things sorted. By far the most knowledgeable, professional and understanding tax preparer I’ve had in years!
Professional, efficient, friendly... wasn't excited about getting this done last minute but she really went out of her way to make it a pleasant experience.
The staff is always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Special acknowledgment to Quintessa as she always goes above and beyond for the customer and location! Will definitely be returning next year
