This is my 2nd year going to this location and David and his staff have always been very friendly, most of all David asked key questions to get my tax preparation done accurately, his confidence in his work also left me at ease.
This is My Fourteen Year with Libertytax….actually same Location. My second Service with David Cepin, His Personal and Professional Preparation was Attentive and in a Assuring manner…My Details, very Important for Me were Handled Well…I felt free to Ask anything and His Explanations I understood and Made Sense.
Non speaking English people over at this office No thanks Not interested AT ALL . I had to ask questions repeatedly over and over It was awful ,tiring,frustrating, no place to park ,meter maids running around over there. Don't even consider leaving your car for a second . Staff is just bad Dealing with 1 person at a time ,when the continue with you make sure they didn't get you mixed up with the wrong person They are UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE BOARD
