Go some where else they can't do taxes here. I was told I was getting a refund of a certain amount and they were wrong. Not only that they missed multiple possible tax credits I could have received. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went in to ask about why there was such a difference in my refund amount and they basically shrugged it off. No ownership.
Horrible experience. I have been with liberty for about 10 years and have used a couple different locations over those 10 years. Last year I had some negative experiences however I assumed it was just the one staff member I had been sat with. This year I ended up going in the week of February 21st as my employers had provided everything a bit early this year. DO NOT COME here Asian dude made a mistake and judge me on everything !!!! Sad I been coming here for the pass 5 years to get this guy ! Never again very untrustworthy!
I have been bringing my taxes here now for several years. The whole team has been great to work with. Dalena has been an incredible resource, helping out far beyond my expectations. Having their team in my corner come tax season is my first move. Thanks everyone!
