I’ve been coming to this office for years now, and both last year and this year I had the pleasure of filing my return with Lilian, and she has been absolutely wonderful! She is efficient and so organized. She is extremely knowledgeable and has given me clear guidance with specific circumstances as well. I currently reside in Edmonton and am happy to continue commuting to St Albert to have my taxes done in this office!

My husband and I had completed our taxes at Liberty Tax and had the best tax experience we have ever had before. Normally tax season is a little stressful and worrying. Lillian helped us with our taxes this year and she made the process easy and taught a lot about what we can claim and what we should bring. We will be going back next year!

First time I used their service. Anna was my consultant, she was friendly and very helpful..My taxes were done in three days and went I went I. To get them she explained everything to me. I will go back again

Go some where else they can't do taxes here. I was told I was getting a refund of a certain amount and they were wrong. Not only that they missed multiple possible tax credits I could have received. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went in to ask about why there was such a difference in my refund amount and they basically shrugged it off. No ownership.
