For years, I've had my income tax returns done here with some occasional glitches due to CRA issues and also with part-timers at this Liberty Tax franchise location. It has caused me problems that were not of my doing. But, those were only occasional examples. My advice to you is for YOU to carefully follow up with CRA if there are any issues needing to be addressed with CRA, e.g. when CRA asks for additional information. REALLY bad service. Calls people to the office while the same question can be answered on the phone. I called to find out if they do same day tax refund. He said it depends and come to the office to find out. I went there and before I even sat down I Asked if they do same day tax refund, a lady said not in this office. And than the guy I spoke to on the phone said I would have to had filed the taxes last year with them in order to qualify.
