For years, I've had my income tax returns done here with some occasional glitches due to CRA issues and also with part-timers at this Liberty Tax franchise location. It has caused me problems that were not of my doing. But, those were only occasional examples. My advice to you is for YOU to carefully follow up with CRA if there are any issues needing to be addressed with CRA, e.g. when CRA asks for additional information. REALLY bad service. Calls people to the office while the same question can be answered on the phone. I called to find out if they do same day tax refund. He said it depends and come to the office to find out. I went there and before I even sat down I Asked if they do same day tax refund, a lady said not in this office. And than the guy I spoke to on the phone said I would have to had filed the taxes last year with them in order to qualify. Filed my taxes in 2014 & 2015 they made mistakes that resulted in me owing the government money. Just filed for 2022 exactly two weeks ago & they failed to send it through resulting in me needing to wait an extra 2 weeks for my return. Before I filed for 2022 I asked them if they give a tax return cheque the same day they said they do but failed to tell me that I need to be a current customer of theirs, that me doing them in the past does not count.
