For years, I've had my income tax returns done here with some occasional glitches due to CRA issues and also with part-timers at this Liberty Tax franchise location. It has caused me problems that were not of my doing. But, those were only occasional examples. My advice to you is for YOU to carefully follow up with CRA if there are any issues needing to be addressed with CRA, e.g. when CRA asks for additional information.
