Was with them for over 20 years. First time I had trouble was this year. The government sent me a letter that I was being audited. I gave it to them and they told me they would take care of it and not to worry. Next thing I know I’m getting a letter saying I’ve been audited for a lot of money and having a late fee because I never contacted them.
