Worst experience ever!! Appointment was at 6pm and didnt get seen till 8pm. Marsha submitted my information under the incorrect information to the IRS. Then redid my taxes under the correct information. Marsha charged me over $500!! It's been over a month and still have not receive my refund and they refuse to answer the phone or provide a call back. Very unprofessional. Marsha is an amazing personal tax prepare she makes you comfortable with filing with her no surprises upfront and honest walks you through every step ans her secretary Sandra is amazing too they make a great team I highly recommend these two ladies to help with your tax needs
