I know what I said here before. 1st year: Yes she helped me and was all 10/10. Yes, she answered my questions. Yes, she was honest. Yes, she was quick " in and out". Fastest service ever with Ms. Rice. Helped me from a previous bad experience from the same company at a different location that is no longer there. IRS:Expected less, received more. 2nd year.
