Won’t ever do my taxes here again ! I kept asking when I was gonna get my NYS TAX RETURN AND MIND YOU I FILED IT SINCE FEBRUARY!!!! And nothing I feel like I got scammed while my family done it somewhere else and got theirs very disappointed I wasted my time here my first time never again and Clara blocked me because I kept texting and called that out of where her phone is off and I called the office and nobody picked up never again
