I went to Liberty Tax Services for the first time to handle my 2023 return. The girl helping me was new and had the manager check over my return several times. The manager that looked over everything was on a personal call the entire time I was there. Seemed very unprofessional. I told my preparer that I had seen a coupon online and wanted to use it for this visit. She skipped over my question and said we would get to that.
