Had an amazing experience here. Jennifer was extremely helpful and professional, helped me get all of the information I could possibly need for my taxes. 100% recommend coming here for any tax needs.
The service I received from Jennifer Ackerman at liberty tax was exceptional. She was fast, very personable and had a great sense of humor. Usually doing taxes is a task we all avoid for as long as possible but she made the experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend seeing her next season for your tax needs!

Jennifer has done my taxes for the past couple years and also this year she prepared my parents taxes for them which they reside in Florida during the winter. My mom had issues getting her social security 1099 form and we were getting nervous that she wouldn’t get it in time. We contacted Jennifer and she was very helpful as mom had a meeting with social security and had to cancel due to being in the hospital. She said she could put in a request for an extension.
