Arrived for my appt 15 min early on tax day, April 15, and there is one tax preparer in the office. She instructs me to fill out paperwork on counter. 25 min later I get called over to her desk. She has trouble finding the documents I uploaded. She immediately says “They weren’t supposed to accept appointments for self-employed returns”. I was taken aback.
