Since I left the last review Raymond wasn’t pleased that I tell it like it is . He took it upon himself to deduct an additional 300$ from my return that was never authorized or signed by me . I know how things work and what he did is illegal . I want my 300$ back that he stole from my refund . All he had to do was go into the computer and change the loan amount . Always easy to deal with and they answer all my questions thoroughly
This is the first time I been to LibertyTax in over a decade . I used them for years and it was always a pleasant experience . I been using someone else for the past few years and since I wanted to get my taxes sooner I figured to give LibertyTax in Easton a try . When I called to make the appointment and asked how much this would roughly cost Raymond DeSena told me around 200 $ .
