I wish I could give them no stars. William M. filed my family's taxes for the years 2020 and 2021. In our first encounter with Mr. Mayer, he put my bank account number in the system wrong and instead of apologizing he claimed that WE wrote it down wrong, so we had to call the IRS and figure out another way to get our refund. Then for the year 2021 Mr. Mayer said that he didn't want to go through that situation again so HE signed us up to get our refund in the form of a check when we wanted it deposited straight to the bank. ... read more
Run far, far away from this place!! William is a fraud and does NOT know how to properly file taxes! He filed our taxes incorrectly and due to his incompetence, we did not receive the proper child tax credit amount. He is unprofessional and rude. If you care about getting your refund correctly filed the first time, go elsewhere!
