I haven't filled taxes in 2 years and wasn't prepared. Jennifer was able to obtain my tax documents that I needed by contacting the IRS and got that done and then timely manner. And I was able to complete two years of taxes she was efficient and very knowledgeable in her work. And even left with an unexpected refund I will definitely continue to use her and Liberty tax.
