Been going to Don for 5 years. This year he messed up on our taxes Vivian his assistant she would have cost us a lot of money to IRS. Don was mad that he had to fix it. Went to his office he had a come apart he said don't you ever come to this office again calling people to fix your taxes is b.s. unprofessional. It's alright Don it's like a retirement home in there. Learn to do your job sir! We weren't coming back anyways!
The retirement facility that does your taxes and cant do them right. They mess up and get pissed off redoing them Don's motto is having a come apart and saying dont you ever come back in this office again. Calling me to fix them right out in his office. Alright Don you and the retirement facility can fly a kite. Ill take my business some where else.
Mom likes getting her taxes done here. People are very nice and knowledgeable.
I have no clue why the reviews are bad. Don and his group are great people. We have done our taxes there for over 10 years. We've tried other tax preparers and apps, no one gets us as much back as Don at Liberty does. He not only informs us of what us happening with our taxes, all of them also tell us what we can do next year to make taxes better for us. They are always very professional, and always ready to help. These people are amazing, thank you all.
