Cathy is always so upbeat and helpful. Even offering to help us during the year if something needs to be explained. I always look forward to seeing her smile and her great expertise and knowledge.
I've been going to Kathy at this location for years and she is the absolute best! She's very friendly and helpful, gives guidance to help for future years, and she is a true joy to work with. I typically owe for city, so I generally dislike getting my taxes done, but I always leave smiling regardless because of Kathy. I will recommend Liberty at this location to everyone as long as Kathy is there.
