This is the second year Liberty Tax has done my taxes in 2022 by my own fault I owed $910.00 in taxes. Kathy in the Main Street office in Cuyahoga falls ohio advised me to increase my withholding. This year I received a refund not a whole lot. But I didn't owe. Thanks Kathy I'm a Liberty customer forever. The customer service is outstanding Joyce at the main call center is a great asset to Liberty. It is appreciated that they give a discount to Milatary Veterans. Wish I could give more than a 5 star rating. Again Thank You
