Run!!! This Tax office Took my documents over 6 months ago, then closed the location!! I have called emailed and sent several messages and finally someone returned my call saying they do not have access to to get my documents , but to create a IRS account! WHERE ARE MY DOCUMENTS? !!! This Is totally Unprofessional! Liberty tax service has year round commercials and advertisement to not be able to know how to answer basic questions and handle customers in a professional manner! I will NEVER file my taxes with Liberty Tax on copper ever again! The IRS can’t even find my tax return in their systems and now the office has been closed for days at a time nobody is there and nobody answers the phone I even set an appointment and nobody showed up. I wanted to beat the tax rush and stopped in without an appointment. Jireion at the Cooper Street location in Arlington was awesome! She was very informative and verified the accuracy. Jireion and Diana are a great team! Thank you and I will be a repeat customer!
