They don't even deserve one star! I have used them 3 years in a row. The first year was great, the second year Quay Brooks did our taxes and messed up our social security number and we had to redo everything, this year Sarah Amaral did our taxes. We asked her how much it would cost for our taxes to be done, she said word for word "no more then $350". We only had one w2 and charged us $594!!! BUT last year for 3 w2's they charged $344! They keep raising their prices by a lot every year. Last year they said they'd do taxes for same $ as prev year, but this year they didn't offer that. Easier to have same people do it every year, but not when they keep jacking up the price
sarah is the best!!!
Very quick and convenient, Sarah was a great help fast and efficient, explained everything clearly and gave good tips on how to receive better tax returns for next year. Will definitely return here to this company for future taxes, Highly recommend Liberty Tax.
