Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had regarding taxes. Will never return. Tax preparer spelled my name wrong even though it’s all over 10+ documents. Then emailed the wrong address and to top it off she then called the wrong phone number. I had no clue my taxes were completed. They were also supposed to do my local taxes. Any wild guesses to what happened with that? They didn’t and now I can’t get ahold of anyone. Horribly run outfit.
This was my first time coming here. Both Pranati and Edna were so friendly and made me feel welcome. They were also very knowledgeable and it was such a relief to have them do my family’s taxes.
