Liberty Tax is really fabulous! We have been going there since moving to Troy , about 5 yrs, and we always receive the best service. The people are friendly, the office is clean, but most of all , our taxes are done properly and never a problem. Thank you for making our tax journey so easy!

The man I dealt with was nice, I was just really surprised and confused on why I was charged $348 on tax prep fees, when I was there maybe 45min and had very minimal tax forms to fill. I get the whole food delivery driver thing, but just confused why the price was so much
Valerie has a hearing problem........she didn't do my taxes how I wanted them done, she charged me 60 dollars for some pathetic prepaid card, they are racist I guess she didn't care I will not recommend liberty....I will not return to get my taxes done, she totally misrepresented their tax prep offers
