I typically don't leave reviews or Stars but I filed my taxes in March and then when I called to see the status of it they said it was never filed and that I owe them more money because they did not file it on my behalf soon enough. When confronted with proof in my hand the worker who filed my taxes Frances Butler became agitated over the recorded phone and we never came to a resolution would not recommend this location. I even have the original paper work with the date of filing and that was not good enough.

Frances had given my social security number out and other tax information ONTOP of MISFILING my paperwork altogether. I had filed March 22nd with them and my paperwork has not been filed until April 21st, and they made no attempt to reach out regarding the issue. GO FILE ON TURBO TAX OR LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I was going here for years. Yet, they keep messing up and overcharge me. There is 8 errors in my return. I don't understand how you can mess up this badly when we have you the correct info in black and white. We can't trust you anymore.

They filed my taxes using an incorrect form and quoted me and had me sign off on a wildly inaccurate return amount just to sheepishly call me back a full 2 weeks later to say it's been rejected and to tell me I'm basically getting nothing back all the while adding over $100 in additional fees for the correct form to be used. They could have at the very least wave any additional fees.
