This was my first time using Liberty Tax in Lombard and we are very satisfied. We worked with Ken, he was amazing. He helped us with our business and personal taxes. Highly recommend!
These guys are horrible! I got tax penalities and asked upfront if they know how to do allowances. They people are horrible!!!!!!!!
Spoke to a lady at 11:47am Wednesday April 5th and she got crazy and hung up, guess what lady you just earned this business a 1 star review that is never going away. Very rude staff here as well, she wasn’t helpful and I wouldn’t recommend this place, go to Jackson Hewitt, nothing the owner responds can justify her actions.
I would avoid Liberty Tax in Lombard. For my 2021 taxes, the preparer made a mistake and quoted me an incorrect federal return amount. The office treated me unprofessionally when I followed up for an explanation, and the owner hung up on me. Horrible experience,
awful experience. owed more than normal to federal and got less than liberty tax said I would for state. when I called to ask why nothing was their fault and Marian (?) hung up on me. do not go to liberty tax in lombard.
