They need to be better at customer service! I won't be doing taxes there nomore I get rude service enough is enough i paid to get my taxes done I'm done with liberty taxes .....
These women at Liberty Tax were wonderful to work with. This was my first year with them but I'll be back. Very professional but friendly also.
I filed multiple complaints a week ago now, and even called two times with corporate and left voicemails but still have not had anyone get back to me to follow up with how horrible and misleading my service was that day, yet they comment on peoples reviews after mine was written. They need to make this right. I will not stop till this is fixed!
