I wish I could have done negative stars, that is how horrible my service there was today. I was quoted $86 plus tax for getting my taxes done today over the phone, and while we were in the middle of doing my taxes, I just confirmed it was going to be around the $86 and she stated that it’s $160. She was already in the middle of my tax return so she said she’d give me a discount, which wasn’t much, I feel they should have honored that $86. They need to be better at customer service! I won't be doing taxes there nomore I get rude service enough is enough i paid to get my taxes done I'm done with liberty taxes .....
These women at Liberty Tax were wonderful to work with. This was my first year with them but I'll be back. Very professional but friendly also.
I filed multiple complaints a week ago now, and even called two times with corporate and left voicemails but still have not had anyone get back to me to follow up with how horrible and misleading my service was that day, yet they comment on peoples reviews after mine was written. They need to make this right. I will not stop till this is fixed!
Great place to go to file taxes, was very easy and very thorough
